The website, the Floutly application, their texts, visuals, logos and code are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's written permission is forbidden, except for private use and the quotations the law allows. Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, AppGallery and Google Calendar are trademarks of their respective owners; naming them implies neither affiliation nor endorsement.

Personal data and cookies

The website sets one cookie, "lang", which remembers the chosen language for one year. It is strictly necessary to the service and needs no consent. No audience measurement and no advertising tool is used on the website. The processing details, for the website and for the application, are in the privacy policy.

Liability

The publisher keeps the website accurate and up to date as far as possible, without guaranteeing the absence of errors. The terms and price of the subscription are those the application store shows at the time of purchase. Links to third-party websites are provided for information; the publisher is not responsible for their content.

Accessibility

The publisher strives to make the website and the application usable by everyone: readable contrast in light and dark mode, structured headings, keyboard navigation and text alternatives on the website; the application uses, as far as possible, the standard components of its system, designed to follow the text size set on the device and to work with its screen reader. An automated check of the website against WCAG 2.2, level AA, found no error; no full compliance audit has been carried out. The publisher, a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (fewer than 10 people and an annual turnover under two million euros), is not subject to the accessibility requirements that this directive sets for services. Digital services (DSA)

The website and the application are not online platforms within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services: they neither host nor disseminate to the public any content provided by their users, whose data stay on their own devices. The obligation to publish the average number of monthly active recipients of the service (article 24(2)) therefore does not apply. For information, the publisher does not measure audience and does not know this number, which is in any case far below the threshold of 45 million recipients set for very large online platforms. Governing law
