Privacy policy

This policy covers two separate things: the website www.floutly.com (part 1) and the mobile application Floutly (part 2). The website and the application do not share any data. 1. The website www.floutly.com

The website collects no personal data about you. It sets a single cookie, "lang", only when you choose a language, to remember it for one year; it is strictly necessary and needs no consent. The website uses no other cookie, and no advertising, audience measurement or tracking tool.

The host (OVH SAS) keeps technical connection logs (IP address, requested page, date) for the legal duration, for the security of the service. When you write to us, we keep your message and address while handling your request, and at most three years.

2. The mobile application Floutly

Your data stays on your device

Floutly works without an account with us. Your data (projects, settings; your photos and videos stay in your own gallery) are stored on your device. We have no access to them and never receive them. The application embeds no analytics, advertising or tracking tool.

Backup copies

When the backup of your device is enabled (Android backup in your Google account, iCloud on iPhone, or your Microsoft account on Windows), the system may copy the application's projects and settings into it, under the policy of Google, Apple or Microsoft. Your photos and videos stay in your gallery and follow its own backup. These services follow their own privacy policy; we have no access to them.

Synchronisation with your calendars

Not applicable to this application.

Purchases

Subscriptions and paid versions are sold and billed by the application stores (Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, AppGallery). They process your payment method under their own policy; we receive neither your name nor your payment details, only a technical purchase confirmation (token) that the application verifies.

3. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over the data we process (that is, our email exchanges). Data in the application are under your direct control on your device: exports, backups, deletion. To exercise your rights: contact [at] hooliapps.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority of your country.

4. Minors

Floutly is not directed to children under 16 and knowingly collects no data about them.

5. Changes

This policy may change with the website and the application. The date of the latest version is below; a material change is announced in the application.
